Fetch Pet Rx's AutoShip & Save program is convenient and flexible. Easily make changes on your My AutoShip page or by calling 877.299.0892.
Your first order will ship immediately, and subsequent orders will be processed according to the frequency you selected. It’s that easy!
If you choose an express shipping method (for example 2nd day air) for your initial order, your account will be set up with that as the default shipping method for future orders. At any time after your first order ships, you can change the shipping method by logging into your Fetch Pet Rx account.

Payment options
We can only accept credit cards for AutoShip orders. No checks or money orders. Please remember to Click "Save Card" at checkout.
Other coupons & offers
AutoShip orders will use the Regular Price at the time the AutoShip is placed less the AutoShip Discount. AutoShip orders cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts and offers provided by Fetch Pet Rx. AutoShip orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on a prior order.
Order notifications
For every AutoShip order you will receive an email 3 days ahead of time with a list of the items scheduled to be shipped. You have until midnight ET the day before to make changes online via the My AutoShip link.
Back orders
Occasionally, an item may have a delay. When we are aware of a delay from the vendor we will notify you immediately.
Price changes
Prices for medications and supplements change from time to time, and your AutoShip orders are charged at the current price at the time the order is processed. Please check the pricing on your pre-orders notification. Other than the 5% discount, AutoShip orders will not use any special or discount pricing that may have been available on the initial order.
Order confirmation & tracking
You will receive an email confirmation on the day your order is processed. Once it has shipped, you will receive another email that includes your order delivery and tracking information.
If your credit card expires or declines, we will inform you via email and request that you update your payment information. A delay in updating this information could lead to a delay in your AutoShip order being processed.
Making changes to your AutoShip & Save orders
Making changes to your AutoShip orders is easy. Simply log in to your Fetch Pet Rx My AutoShip page to make needed updates.
Changes made to quantity or frequency will be implemented going forward on your AutoShip orders. To make additional changes, return to your My AutoShip page.
To remove an item: simply click the icon found next to total price. This item will not be delivered to you unless you add it again to AutoShip.
To add an item to AutoShip: simply browse for items on FetchPetRx.com and select "Autoship Price" tab, choose your shipment frequency, place item in cart and continue to checkout.
