In the highly unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fetch Pet Rx (with the exception of prescription drugs and vaccines), we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or a refund. Kindly return your unused, unopened items in their original box and/or packaging in new condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Returning Prescription Items.
PRESCRIPTION DRUGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Fetch Pet Rx will not accept returns for refund or exchange on ANY prescription medication. State and Federal regulations prohibit us from accepting any prescription drugs returns, except when these drugs are subject to a recall. As your Trusted Pet Pharmacy, we uphold all pharmacy and state regulations. This rule is for your protection and assures you that medications dispensed by our pharmacy have not been outside the control of the pharmacy.
