Overview
1) Irrigate the wound with sterile water or regular saline. 2) Withdraw the solution with a syringe or pour the contents of the vial over the affected area, completely covering the wound. 3) Apply Chondroprotec liberally to the wound's surface. 4) Cover the wound with gauze or a telfa (non-stick) pad. 5) Reapply daily as needed and redress the wound location every 5 to 7 days. Chondroprotec injections may be given through the wound dressing in the future. This will keep the wound bed from being disturbed.
