Overview
Doses can be raised as needed if a horse displays symptoms of discomfort during transitions. During the usage of this product, keep a close check on the animal's behavior and movement. After the first several weeks of usage, give 1 or 2 scoops in the morning and evening. Give 3 scoops per 1,200 pounds in both the AM and PM for the first 4 to 6 weeks. If necessary, increase the dose to 4 scoops, and give 5 scoops to bigger breeds. Reduce daily dosing by 1 scoop once the horse shows indications of improvement. Combine a little amount of molasses or water with the indicated product dosage if giving orally. Then, using a syringe, inject the medication into the animal's mouth. If the feed isn't sticky, add a little molasses or water to assist the powder stick and encourage finicky eaters to eat it. Horses can be fed this product either on top of their diet or orally.
