What special precautions are there?
Store this away from children and animals. It is not approved to be used on animals besides dogs. Do not use it on pregnant, nursing, or elderly animals. If there is contact with skin, wash the area for 15 to 20 minutes. If there is contact with eyes, wash them for 15 to 20 minutes and remove any contacts you may have. In case of ingestion, seek immediate medical help and do not induce vomiting without professional advice. If any contact occurs, contact the poison control center. This is a highly combustible material so keep it away from heat and flames. For mild sensitivities, bathe with warm water and soap. If reaction is worse, contact a doctor. How can I store Frontline Gold for Dogs and Puppies?

Overview
To use, simply take one applicator bottle and twist the tip clockwise. It will take a ½ turn with downward pressure to break the seal. During this process, always hold the bottle away from the face. This will prevent contact if the product is accidentally sprayed. Once twisted, leave the dispensing tip in place. Use this tip to part the dog's hair and guide application. Begin by placing the tip on the top of the dog's back between the shoulder blades. When ready, squeeze to dispense the product directly on the skin. While squeezing, slowly move down the back towards the tail. This process can be repeated every month to ensure reinfestation does not occur.
