Keep away from children. Do not administer to humans. Do not give to horses that will be eaten by humans. Only for equine use. Never give to animals with a history of pyrimethamine or sulfonamide hypersensitivity.

How can I store ReBalance Antiprotozoal Oral Suspension, Quart?
Store product between the temperatures of 15°-30°C (59°-86°F) Do not freeze.
Before using, shake the product well. Every day, give 20 mg of sulfadiazine per lb of weight and 1 mg of pyrimethamine per lb of weight (4mL of ReBalance per 110 pounds daily). The length of treatment should be determined by the clinical response. Treatments usually last 90 to 270 days. Apply orally with an appropriate syringe at least 1 hour before giving hay or grain. Through the interdental gap, insert the syringe nozzle. To deposit on the back of the tongue, depress the plunger. Use according to your veterinarian's instructions.
