TEK-TROL

For use in bird cages: Remove water bowls, food bowls, and birds from the cage. To deodorize, disinfect, and clean cage floors and cages, remove droppings and filth with a preliminary cleaning before applying TEK-TROL. Use a calibrated dropper to combine 2cc of TEK-TROL with 512mL of water in a clean spray bottle like the TEK-TROL spray bottle. For a larger volume of solution, combine 3.91mL for every liter of water. Wipe or spray the product to apply to every surface, wetting thoroughly. Allow all surfaces to stay wet for 10 minutes. Air dry before returning birds to the cage. For use in calving operations, veal barns, equine facilities, swine producing facilities, farm premises, aviaries, ratite ranches, and poultry houses: Remove feed and animals from the premises. Remove feed racks, water troughs, crates, coops and trucks. Remove poultry and animal droppings, manure, litter, and soil from surfaces, walls, and floors of chutes, stalls, pens, barns, and other fixtures and facilities traversed or occupied by poultry and animals. Clean and thoroughly saturate every surface with a solution containing 3.91mL of TEK-TROL for every liter of water. Apply a layer of foam with a BIO-TEK foaming apparatus or use a high-pressure sprayer to apply. Allow for 10 minutes of surface contact. Immerse equipment, including ropes and halters, along with any other equipment used to restrain or handle animals, manure and litter removal scrapers, shovels, and forks in solution of 3.91mL of TEK-TROL for every liter of water. Use potable water to rinse prior to reuse. Scrub treated mangers, waterers, fountains, automatic feeders, troughs, and feed racks thoroughly with a solution of 3.91mL of TEK-TROL for every liter of water. Use potable water to rinse prior to reuse. Ventilate coops, buildings, and other enclosed areas. Never use equipment, house livestock or poultry, or re-enter the treatment area until the solution has fully dried, set, or absorbed. Never use in a milk house, milking parlor, or milking stall. Autoclave and dispose of bodily fluids and blood following local regulations for disposal of infectious waste. 10 minutes of room temperature contact will kill HIV-1. Bodily fluids and blood should be cleaned thoroughly from objects and surfaces prior to applying this product. Wear eye coverings, masks, gowns, and rubber gloves to handle items soiled with bodily fluids or blood.
