Intraocular pressure falls as a result of this lowering.

What special precautions are there?
Unless your veterinarian tells you differently, don't use any other eye drops while your pet is on Timolol. If your veterinarian prescribes another eye medicine, wait 10 minutes before and after using Timolol to administer it. Never contact the sterile aperture of the dropper to any surface, including your hands or eyes. Contamination can induce infections in the eyes. Follow the directions on the product label to the letter. Do not use for longer periods of time or in higher amounts than recommended.

Keep this product away from heat and moisture. Store at a temperature from 68° to 77° Fahrenheit (room temp).
Follow the veterinarian's dose and administration instructions. Complete instructions may be found in the packaging insert. 1 to 2 drops in the eye(s) once or twice daily. This topical medicine can be used directly in the eye(s).
Each mL contains 6.8 mg timolol maleate equivalent to 5 mg timolol. Inactive Ingredients: Monobasic and dibasic sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH) and wayer for inhection. Benzalkonium chloride 0.01% added as perservative.
