What special precautions are there?
Any antibiotic, including clindamycin, lincomycin, or chloramphenicol, should never be used together with this product. When treating pigs, wait at least 48 hours after the last treatment before slaughtering them for food. When treating chickens, wait at least 24 hours after the last treatment before slaughtering them for food. If the eggs are meant for human consumption, do not administer to egg-producing layers. When treating turkeys, wait at least 5 days after the last treatment before slaughtering them for food. When feeding honey bees, do it in the early spring or fall to assure consumption before the major honey flow begins. This will avoid contamination of honey production. 4 weeks before the main honey flow, finish the therapy.
