What special precautions are there?
Exercise caution and monitor constantly when administering to dogs with diabetes mellitus, a heart disorder, an intestinal disorder, liver disease, a stomach condition, a bleeding disorder, or dogs who are dehydrated or geriatric. Do not administer if your dog is allergic to any NSAID, including carprofen (Rimadyl), aspirin, etodolac (EtoGesic), deracoxib (Deramaxx), firocoxib (Previcox), tepoxalin (Zubrin), or meloxicam (Metacam).
