Fetch Pet Rx Returns
Can I cancel or change an order?
You can cancel your order if it has not been packed for shipping and a tracking number has not generated. Once the order has been processed and/or you receive your tracking number, your Fetch Pet Rx order cannot be canceled and instead must be returned, if the medication qualifies for returns.
How to Return an Item to Fetch Pet Rx?

Please clearly write the RMA Number on the OUTSIDE of the return box and place the packing slip that came with your order inside the box.
Is shipping cost refundable in case of a returned package?
No, shipping cost is not refundable.
Are over-the-counter items refundable?
Yes. Fetch Pet Rx will accept returns for UNOPENED over-the-counter items bought within the last 30 days.
