Using Your Fetch Pet Rx Account

Fetch Pet Insurance Members can reset their password on FetchPet.com.

If you’re not a Fetch Pet Insurance member and created an account on FetchPetRx.com, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link here

Change the E-Mail Address Or Password Linked to Your Fetch Pet Rx Account

Fetch Pet Insurance Members can update their email address in their online account on FetchPet.com.

If you’re not a Fetch Pet Insurance member and created an account on FetchPetRx.com, please update your email address by visiting your My Account page on FetchPetRx.com.

Manage Your Address Book/Shipping Addresses

You can edit your Fetch Pet Rx shipping address book by logging into My Account. In addition, during the checkout process, you will have the option to add, delete, or edit shipping addresses.
