Priority mail shipping takes 2-7 business days. The delivery time depends on the state where you live.

We ship most small packages that weigh 1lb or less via USPS standard mail. Most of our shipments ship USPS, so a physical address is required to ensure there are no delays with your shipment.

Under "My Fetch Pet Rx" you can review your order history. There you will also find your tracking number and track your order from the link provided.

Non-prescription orders will be shipped the same day if you order by 2PM EST, Eastern Time. If you order after 2PM EST, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Prescription orders require your vet’s approval before shipment, so Rx medications will ship within 1 business day after we receive approval.

NOTE: We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so the next business day after Friday is Monday.

It may take anywhere from 5-7 business days once your order is shipped depending on the state where you live.

No, if shipping method selected is UPS 2Day or UPS Overnight package will be delivered only on business days after package is shipped. (Monday – Friday)

Yes, FetchPetRx offers Saturday Delivery via UPS and there is an extra charge of $20 on top of Standard Overnight cost.

No, shipping cost is not refundable.

If your order is under $49 (all purchases over $49 receive free shipping), we charge a flat rate of $6.95. Refrigerated items do not qualify. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories are calculated based on our shipping partners prices based on weight and shipping distance.

Free shipping does not apply to any order with expedited shipping (2nd Day Air or Overnight Options).

The amount to be charged will display during the final page of checkout, after you enter your shipping and billing address so you can review all applicable charges before placing your order.
