Pet Medications and Other Products

Does Fetch Pet Rx sell the same medications as my vet's office?

Yes. Fetch Pet Rx is a fully licensed online pet pharmacy, and we sell the same medications at lower prices. The pet medication and supplements we supply are sourced from the manufacturer or authorized distributors.

What happens with back orders and out of stock items?

Despite the best efforts of the Fetch Pet Rx team, we sometimes run out medications. If for some reason one of the products you purchase is on backordered or out of stock, Fetch Pet Rx will ship the part of your order that we have and communicate with you that the backordered item has been canceled. You can request to be notified via email when the medication is back in stock.

Discontinued Medications

We will let you know if a medication you’ve ordered has been discontinued, talk to your veterinarian about an appropriate alternative.

How long are the expiration dates?

Expiration dates vary by manufacturer. Our practice is not to sell short-dated products. The rolling inventory method used by Fetch Pet Rx allows you to receive products with extended expiration dates.
